Questions, answered
How do I add it to Gmail?
Click Copy signature, then open Gmail → Settings → See all settings → General → Signature, create a new one and paste.
How do I add it to Outlook?
Copy the signature, then go to Settings → Mail → Compose and reply (or File → Options → Mail → Signatures on desktop) and paste it.
Why does my photo need a URL?
Email apps strip uploaded images from signatures. Host the image online (your website, LinkedIn or a public link) and paste its address.
Will it look the same everywhere?
The signature uses simple tables and inline styles — the most reliable approach for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.
